Invited guests from Care, Sheltered Homes and Pensioner Clubs from around our patch were offered free transportation to join us at Stamford Bridge Village Hall on Saturday 26th Nov for an afternoon picnic treat! Following their picnic, they enjoyed a fabulous sing-along with the Stamford Bridge Community Choir. Our free raffle ensured a third of our guests picked up an early xmas present. We also had a lucky Xmas Draw winner who took away a quality Xmas Hamper. Many guests came to thank us at the end of the event saying how much they enjoyed and appreciated the afternoon. Of course, this event was made possible with the help of our many supporters. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to the Choir, our many volunteers, our friends at Stamford Bridge Village Hall, our coach drivers and Beverley Lift, and of course to Santa for dropping in to collect on behalf of the Choir for the local Cancer Group. A brilliant afternoon, making life a little brighter for our guests and all who participated.
